Confidentiality Agreement

Delisle is committed to preserving the confidentiality of your personal information. Therefore, we invite you to become familiar with this document, which explains our methods for collecting, using and protecting the information that you are likely to communicate to us via our website.
Collection of Information
When you surf on the Delisle website, your anonymity is respected.  None of your personal information is registered, not even your email address.  However, we do register your computer’s IP address in order to establish statistics concerning the pages you visit on the site, as well as the length of your visit.  This IP address is never linked to any information which could in any way identify you.  The only other type of information automatically communicated to us (via your navigation software) are the type of computer and the system you are using.
Use of Information
If you give us your email or postal address, or if you have done so in the past, we will ask you if we can use it to send you information about the latest Delisle products and promotions.  If you do not wish to be contacted by Delisle, you may indicate this and Delisle will respect your wishes.
When you give Delisle your personal contact information, we may use it to establish statistical data regarding our clients, in order to improve our products and services, as well as to send you information on our products, services and special offers which may interest you.  These offers could be based on information that you have furnished us through an initial transaction or through an online questionnaire.

Refusal of offers by Email
Delisle puts at your disposal a simple way to refuse email offers. Although most of our clients appreciate being informed and updated, the decision is ultimately yours.
